Procon Supplies – Online Return Policy (Shopify Purchases Only)

Please note: All online returns are eligible for store credit only. 

1. Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy for materials purchased through our Shopify Store only, which means you must request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them (unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@proconsupplies.com using the email address you registered with at the time of purchase. Approved returns must be sent to one of the following addresses:

  • 1055 Cardiff Blvd, Mississauga, ON L5S1P4
  • 1260 Skae Dr, Oshawa, ON L1J7A1

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Important: If you request a return to be picked up from your location, additional delivery charges may apply, depending on our delivery policy.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before starting a return.

6. Restocking Fee

  • A 25% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
  • This fee will be deducted from the issued store credit.

7. Exchanges

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.

8. Store Credit

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit only in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our Shopify Store (Online Only).
  • No refunds will be provided.
