Acquisition of Prefab Drywall Solutions
The Company substantially acquired all the assets of Prefab Drywall Solutions, a custom drywall profile manufacturer with exclusive distribution rights for highly specialized precision milling equipment in Canada. This allowed the Company to bring to market value-added drywall solutions.
Expansion of Operations
Three Operating Facilities
The Company operates out of three facilities: 228 Wilkinson in
Brampton, 1055 Cardiff in Mississauga, and 1260 Skae in Oshawa, with the latter being the most recent addition which boasts a brand-new state-of-the-art facility specifically designed for the Company.
